My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was barely any help the whole time. The whole experience felt a bit careless, which doesn’t leave a great impression. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

"Wrong items arrived and nobody seemed to own it"
My order showed up wrong, the size was different from what I picked, and one item was missing completely. I checked my confirmation again just to make sure I wasn’t losing it, and it clearly showed the right details. The most frustrating part was trying to figure out who was actually responsible for fixing it. Customer service kept making it feel like it was someone else’s problem. Annoying for something that should’ve been simple.

I was kind of hoping to find more merch I actually wanted to buy, but there just wasn’t much that really grabbed me. Not a huge deal, and maybe it’s just my taste, but I left a little disappointed.

I had a problem with my order and reached out to support, but... they mostly just sent short replies that didn’t really help. Weeks went by and nothing actually got fixed. it’s been really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

I was disappointed with this. The product felt cheap right out of the box and wasn’t really what I expected. After only using it for a short time, it already started having issues. On top of that, dealing with everything felt like way too many steps, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The order tracking was stuck for days with no real update, and then it suddenly changed out of nowhere. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been decent to keep customers informed instead of leaving us guessing. Not very helpful, honestly.

Checkout did work in the end, but I kind of expected the pages to load faster. The payment step felt a little clunky too, like it was probably taking extra time to process or refresh. I still got my order placed, so it wasn’t a huge issue, just not the smoothest experience.

I don’t know what’s going on with the sizing here, but these were way too tight and started hurting my feet almost right away. Maybe it’s just a weird batch, or maybe shoe sizes are quietly shrinking and nobody wants to talk about it. Either way, I couldn’t wear them comfortably

"Feels Like They’re Hiding the Good Website Somewhere Else"
The whole site just feels weirdly cheap, like nobody’s touched it in years. The pages are cluttered, the colors don’t really go together, and finding anything is way harder than it should be. Part of me was wondering if they made it confusing on purpose so you’d give up before asking too many questions. I clicked around for a few minutes, got annoyed, and left

"Checkout was okay, just could be more reassuring"
I ordered once and the payment went through totally fine. The checkout was just the usual card page, and I didn’t notice anything really sketchy, so that part was okay. Still, I do wish they made it a bit clearer who handles the card payment or what kind of payment protection they have. I had to poke around for that info, and it made me pause for a second before paying. I didn’t get any weird charges after my order, which was definitely good. Overall, not bad, just average, and the checkout could feel a little more reassuring.

"Mixed feelings about the communication"
I did get a few replies, so I can’t say they completely ignored me, but it also felt like I was barely getting any response at all. Sometimes they were helpful when they finally answered, which I appreciated, but the wait in between messages was really frustrating. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either.

"Promo code disappeared at checkout"
The discount showed up at first, but then it just vanished when I got to checkout. I contacted support hoping they could fix it, but they weren’t really helpful and it kind of felt like they were blaming me for the issue. In the end, I had to pay more than I expected.

The shirt looked nice when it arrived, but the fit was a bit smaller than I expected. I ordered my usual size, which has worked for me with similar shirts in the past, but this one felt tight. It’s not a bad shirt at all, I’d just recommend checking the size chart carefully or sizing up if you’re between sizes.

So, yeah... the package arrived crushed. Like it had definitely been through something. Corners smashed, box all bent in, and when I opened it, my stuff just didn’t look like it had been treated carefully at all. Nothing about it felt handled with care. Disappointing, honestly.

The site was easy to navigate, and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I was looking for. A few of the sizes I wanted were out of stock, which was a little frustrating, though I get that happens sometimes. I ended up buying one item instead of two. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just wish the inventory was a bit more up to date.
